Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any item that does not meet the conditions above or shows signs of wear, misuse, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If applicable, please include photos or video showing the defect or damage to speed up the resolution process.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must still meet the general return conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Orders & Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery. We do not issue refunds for refused packages due to unpaid fees.
