Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or customs clearance. House56 is not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs inspections, or pandemics).


2. International Shipping

We ship worldwide, subject to any country-specific restrictions (see Section 4).

Customs Duties and Taxes

You are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in product or shipping prices.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for up-to-date information.

International Delivery Times

3. Order Processing

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Handmade items may require additional time for quality assurance and secure packaging.During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.


4. Shipping Restrictions

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. House56 is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

P.O. Boxes

We [do / do not] ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical address whenever possible.

Restricted Destinations

We currently do not ship to: Nepal, Iran.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the package and item(s). We’ll assess and may offer a replacement or partial refund.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We will open a case with the carrier. Verified losses due to carrier error may be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

House56 is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses, abandoned packages at customs, or refusal to pay import duties.
